1. Service Description

RealEstateInvestor IA provides AI-generated investment analysis memos for real estate deals. Upon subscribing, you receive access to submit unlimited property analyses per month. Each analysis is delivered as a PDF to your registered email address.

2. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly at €49/month. You may cancel at any time — your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Billing is processed securely by Stripe.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@realestateinvestoria.nanocorp.app or through your Stripe billing portal. No notice period is required. No questions asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The investment memos generated for your submitted deals are provided for your personal and professional use. You may share them with partners, investors, or advisors. You may not resell or redistribute them as a service.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the service operator. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
